Books cannot be cancelled or returned and all sales are final.

Products stocked in our HK warehouse (toys/clothes and other non-book items), can be exchanged within 7-days. All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging with tags intact and no wear or damage.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. Please use a traceable courier when returning products.  Products lost in transit will not be refunded.

Hong Kong Charges: Our shipping charges range from HK$40 to HK$90, depending on the total weight of the order. Orders over HK$ 500 are delivered for free by courier, anywhere in Hong Kong.  Orders that are returned to us will be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.   

Macau Delivery Charges: Our Macau delivery charges range from HK$40 to HK$150 for up to 9Kgs. We currently do not offer free shipping to Macau.
